Sooner Sync, or prescription synchronization, allows you to reduce the number of times you need to visit the pharmacy or have prescriptions delivered to you. Here's how it works:

First, we use partial fills on your prescriptions to align your next set of refills to a specific date, known as your "Sync Date."

Use your Sync Date to pick out a day of the week that works best for you (e.g. Tuesdays).

Depending on your medications, your Sync Date may be once each month or once every 3 months.

A week before your Sync Date, we will contact you to ensure we only fill what you need. This also allows us to address any issues in filling your prescription, such as:

Contacting your provider if you need additional refills

Ordering any specialty medications (such as expensive brand names)

Creating any compounded prescriptions specific to you.

On or before your Sync Date, you will be notified that your prescriptions are ready for pickup or set to be delivered to you.​
